Learning Microsft365 email

Recently, Godaddy forced all of their Workspace email clients to migrate to the Microsfot365. Many of our customers were affected and now we are spending a large deal of our time sorting out the issues which this created.

In this article we want to focus on an issue which has proved to be one of the more imminent challenges. Valuable emails are automatically redirecting to the junk folder.  Luckily there are some steps you can take to fix this.

If you are using the online Microsoft365 email log-in, or an email client which is MS365 friendly, these are steps you can take to start making your account learn what is spam and what is not.

  1. Check Your Junk Folder – We suggest that clients do this from time to time anyway. But after this forced migration, we have urged our clients to do this more often. Many important emails are ending up there.
  2. Mark Email as “Not Junk” – There is an option in the junk mail folder to mark an email as being not junk. Please click this.
  3. Report the Email as Not Junk – After you mark an email as not being junk, there may be another popup which asks if you would like to create a report to send to MS so they can learn. I suggest clicking yes.
