Did Google Panda Updates Roll Out Last Week?

Depending on who you ask you will get different answers. Story on the street is that Google Panda Edition #25 may have taken effect last week. Some webmasters have claimed movement in search engine placement. Those who actively participate in SEO watch the most and usually notice every little adjustment. After all, search engine placement decides sales and traffic.
Google has also implemented a “rolling update” policy meaning that the updates do not take place all at once but instead they take place over time throughout different areas of search. Google mouthpiece Matt Cutts told folks at the SMX Conference in San Francisco a few weeks ago to expect rollouts very soon.
Google must be getting sick of being pestered by us common folk trying to make our livings because they have implemented a code of silence when it comes to future updates. Furthermore, they claim that the updates will be incorporated into a larger algorithm and scheme and we will be hard to detect right away.
