Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of web design, development, hosting, and related services (“Services”) by Olympusweb.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of another entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

  1. Services

We will provide the Services as outlined in the project proposal, statement of work, or invoice (“Project Scope”). Any changes must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional fees.

  1. Payment Terms
  • All fees are non-refundable except as specified in writing.
  • Payments are due [e.g., net 30 days] from the invoice date via [e.g., bank transfer, credit card].
  • Late payments accrue interest at [e.g., 1.5% per month] or the maximum allowed by law.
  • You agree to pay all taxes, duties, and expenses related to the Services.
  1. Suspension and Termination for Non-Payment

If payments are not received within [e.g., 30 days] of the due date (“Grace Period”), we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend Services (including access to the website, hosting, and support) without notice.
  • Take down or disable the website until payment is cleared.
  • Terminate the agreement if non-payment persists beyond [e.g., 60 days] from the due date, with no refund for prior services.

We will provide reasonable notice of suspension (e.g., via email) and reinstate Services promptly upon full payment, including any accrued interest or fees.

  1. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables. All source code, designs, and underlying IP remain our property until payment is complete. You grant us a license to use your materials for the Services.

  1. Confidentiality and Data

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. We are not liable for data loss; you are responsible for backups.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the Services. We disclaim warranties for third-party tools or uninterrupted access.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate with [e.g., 30 days’] written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for Services rendered to date.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida & The United States of America. Disputes will be resolved in Courts of Brevard County, Florida.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement and supersede prior discussions. Amendments must be in writing.
