Paypal Still Best Way to Collect Payments

The best way to take payments online if you are a small business is Paypal. They have a customizable shopping cart and the payment process is really easy for the buyer. The option exists for the buyer to sign up for Paypal and pay or just pay with credit card as a guest. I personally have been taking payment this way for nearly ten years and have had virtually no problems.
I believe they may take a 1.5% cut of each payment but that is not more than any other credit card processor.
